Devin Fahie
Devin is a second-generation sign maker, with colorful roots in sign making and painting on the carnival circuit throughout his childhood. As you can suspect, his imagination and creativity are inventive and resourceful. As the business owner, he divides his time between business operations, customer relations, and hands-on sign making. He puts quality first, and loves a good challenge or new idea for creating a unique and memorable sign or business graphic.
Renee Fahie
Devin’s wife, Renee, has the pragmatic and analytical mind to balance Devin’s visionary style. She holds down some of our business operations, including Human Resources and bookkeeping. Besides the family business, she’s a busy mother of three and a full-time banking professional.
Scott Marchant
Scott is a seasoned sign veteran, bringing 15 years of experience in CNC machinery, graphic design, fabrication, and painting of signs and other promotional materials. He joined us from our friends at Neokraft Signs, Inc., where he worked in a variety of roles so he is used to a fast-paced shop and varied projects. Scott has a degree in graphic design from UMass, and has worked in graphic design and sign production since graduating. He loves the hands-on aspect of running sign machinery, mixing paints and finishes, and determining the best way to achieve a desired effect. He enjoys being able to use his creativity every day, and the variety of projects and materials we work with. Scott helps us fine-tune our production and fabrication areas, and putting his graphic design skills to good work!
Scott is self-described as a family man, spending as much time as possible with his daughter and girlfriend. They enjoy camping, sports, and staying active outdoors.
Justin Smith
Justin came to us from another sign company in the midcoast Maine area. When he was looking to move down to Southern Maine, he looked up Sebago Signworks, checked us out online, and decided here is where he wanted to work. After chasing Devin down for a few months, we had an opening and he was hired on. Justin really loves digital printing, setting up our digital files for the production que, and keeping very busy – so we let him have at it! He’s passionate about what he does, and is always interested in learning new things by taking classes and doing self-directed learning online and from YouTube. Justin is known as our resident “Sticker Guy” because he is the king of the vinyl print machine!
Justin is from Maine and is a busy single father. He tries to spend as much time as he can with his son, Lantz, and likes to take road trips around the state.
Dennis (on the left)
We like to say that Dennis “came with the building.” When we expanded in 2015, Dennis was working at the company that was housed on the premise at the time. They vacated, but Dennis stayed and joined Sebago Signworks as an installer and all-around helpful guy. Dennis always has a smile on his face, a great attitude, and gets along with everyone. He always keeps it positive in any circumstance. He’s a dependable hard worker, which is very important for sign installations which is hard work, often under tough conditions.
Dennis lives locally to the shop and is a dedicated family man.
Carrie
Carrie is our newest member of the team, and boy did we need her skills! A busy shop like this needs someone holding down the office paperwork and handling customer calls and inquiries. She really enjoys organization, computer work, and working on bookkeeping tasks. She also is a certified fitness instructor so is very interested in health and fitness (we need someone like that around here too!).
Carrie and her husband live in Limington and keep pretty busy with their five kids, ranging in age from two to 22! They focus on family-oriented activities and camping, like to host their family from out of state. She also makes sure she gets a workout in regularly to relax.
